However, due to the nature of digital services, we follow the policy outlined below regarding returns and refunds.
1. Service-Based Nature
Our services are digital and customized to each client’s specific business goals. As such, they are non-tangible, irrevocable goods, and we do not offer refunds once a service has been delivered or campaign work has begun.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service.
Service Not Delivered: If no work has commenced and you cancel within 48 hours of purchase.
Failure to Launch: If we are unable to initiate the campaign within the agreed timeline due to internal issues, and no work has started.
Refund requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected] within 7 days of payment.
3. No Refund in These Cases
We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:
Change of mind after service has commenced.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of access, missing assets, or communication gaps).
Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations or preferences if services were delivered as agreed.
SEO services that have already begun or where reports have been shared.
4. Cancelation Policy
Monthly retainer services can be canceled with a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
Canceling does not entitle you to a refund for services already rendered.
